Do you only build in Louisiana?
For now, yes — and intentionally so. Louisiana is where my relationships, my crews, and my market knowledge run deepest. That focus is what lets me deliver at the level I do. If you’re in-state, you’re in the right place.
How long does a custom home project take?
Most custom builds run 8–14 months from groundbreak to keys, depending on size, complexity, and material lead times. I’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront — not a sales pitch number so you can plan accordingly.
I have land but I'm not sure if it's worth developing. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Half the landowners I work with came to me unsure. I’ll give you a straight assessment — if there’s opportunity, I’ll tell you. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you that too. No fluff, no wasted time.
What's the minimum investment to partner with you?
It varies by deal, but I work with investors starting around $50K depending on the project. The best way to find out if you qualify for a current opportunity is to fill out the investor form and we’ll have a direct conversation.
Why should I work with you instead of a national builder or bigger firm?
Because when you work with me, you get me. Not a project coordinator. Not a call center. I’m on every project, I know every detail, and I’m accountable in a way a corporate builder never will be. My reputation in Louisiana is built deal by deal — and I intend to keep it that way.
